2019-10-03 - The sixth edition of the RONOG event

The RONOG 6 conference took place on 1 October 2019 at the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel. RONOG conference brings together professionals sharing the same interests while sharing a diversity of ideas, experiences and opinions with the most important people supporting the telecom community.
The event brought together representatives of the internet access service providers, data transmissions, Voice and TV over IP, cable TV, hosting companies and Internet domains as well as national telecom regulators, public authority institutions, security equipment vendors and security solutions.
As a positive outcome from the high content and presentations performed at RONOG 6, various media press agencies published online articles: Media Expres, Comunicate Wall-Street.ro, Softlead, Market Watch, Agerpres, Mediafax.

 

2019-09-24 - RIPE NCC Days

Between 24-25 september, InterLAN attends RIPE NCC Days which takes places in Kiev, Ukraine. The goal of this meeting is to encourage the cooperation of operators from countries in this region enabling them to exchange information and discuss the issues that affect them.

2019-09-16 - European Peering Forum

On 16 and 18 September 2019, InterLAN attends the 14th European Peering Forum (EPF) in Tallinn, Estonia. The event welcomes up to 300 peering managers and coordinators from networks connected to the host Internet exchanges. Besides an interesting topical agenda, the three-day event accommodates room for attendees to meet on a one-to-one basis to discuss bilateral peering business opportunities.

2019-09-13 - Neutral Interconnect Days

Between 12-13 september 2019, InterLAN attends Neutral Interconnect Days which takes places in Haga, Olanda. The Neutral Interconnect Days 2019 brings together NL-ix members and partners and the international peering, ICT & interconnection community. For two days, leading industry experts share their visions on the latest market and technological developments with senior-level attendees from around the world.

2019-05-22 - RIPE 78 Meeting

Between 20-24 may 2019, InterLAN attends the RIPE 78 which takes place on Reykjavík, Islanda. RIPE Meeting is a five-day event where Internet service providers, network operators and other interested parties from around the world participate in discussions about the policies and procedures used by the RIPE NCC, participate in the RIPE Working Group sessions to discuss current technical and policy issues and share experiences, latest developments and best common practices.

2019-05-08 - The fifth Annual Meeting of the SEEDIG

Between 7-8 may Interlan attends and supports the fifth Annual Meeting of the South Eastern European Dialogue on Internet Governance (SEEDIG 5) which is held at the Intercontinental Hotel, Bucharest. Under the overarching theme ‘Shaping a trusted Internet for all’ featured discussions and exchanges of experiences on a broad range of issues, from 5G networks to digital accessibility, and from cybersecurity to the future of work.

Between 7 and 8 May 2019, the fifth Annual Meeting of the South Eastern European Dialogue on Internet Governance (SEEDIG 5) will take place in Bucharest, a sub-regional Internet Governance Forum initiative dedicated to facilitating discussions and collaboration on Internet-related issues within South East Europe and neighboring area (SEE+).
